The Michigan Supreme Court releases opinions on a random schedule. The Michigan Court of Appeals typically releases opinions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so they are available online Wednesday and Friday mornings, depending on state holidays. Special releases that do not follow this schedule will have their own e-mail notification the business day following release.
