Opinions – Opinions are available the business day following release and e-mail notifications go out the morning the opinions are available online. The Michigan Supreme Court releases opinions on a random schedule. The Michigan Court of Appeals typically releases opinions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so they are available online Wednesday and Friday mornings, depending on state holidays. Special releases that do not follow this schedule will have their own e-mail notification the business day following release.
Orders – Orders are available the business day following release and e-mail notifications go out the morning the orders are available online. The Michigan Supreme Court releases orders on a random schedule.
Administrative Orders – Administrative matters of the Michigan Supreme Court include proposed and final amendments of the Michigan Court Rules and other rules, proposed and final administrative orders, Supreme Court appointments, and other matters.
