Custody and Parenting Time
Completing a custody and/or parenting time report and recommendation is a complex and challenging task. A comprehensive report and recommendation requires the friend of the court investigator to understand applicable law when gathering and analyzing information. With this in mind, the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) published the Custody and Parenting Time Manual as a resource that can be referred to before and during investigations.
