Delay in Matters Submitted to Judge
Trial court judges submit quarterly reports of delay in matters submitted to judges as required by MCR 8.107. Judges submit these reports through the Michigan Court Application Portal (MCAP). These reports are due 7 days after the first business day of January, April, July, and October. Use this form to become a new authorized user for the Delay in Matters Submitted (DMS) system. Reporting materials are available below. Visiting and assigned judges should use the paper DMS report below, not MCAP. For more information, contact the appropriate regional office.

Financial Report
Justices, court of appeals judges, trial court judges, referees, and magistrates submit an annual financial report by April 15 of each year as required by Canon 6c. For more information, contact the appropriate regional office.

Judicial Absence Report
Trial court judges submit through their chief judge annual judicial absence reports as required by MCR 8.110(D)(6).For more information, contact the appropriate regional office.
