Counsel Appointments
Circuit, district, municipal, and probate courts submit through the Michigan Court Application Portal (MCAP) annual counsel appointment reports as required by MCR 8.123. Court administrators who wish to designate another person as an authorized user for the Counsel Appointment System (CAS) should do so through the User Maintenance application on MCAP. Court Employee Compensation Survey
Trial courts have the option to submit information about employee staffing and compensation levels. Detailed instructions, position descriptions, blank surveys, and completed surveys are available to court administrators, probate registers, and authorized users of the Court Employee Compensation Survey (CECS) on MCAP. There are no deadlines for submitting completed surveys, but it is recommended that each court update their survey each time employee compensation levels for staffing levels change. Collections and Receivables
Circuit courts, family divisions of circuit courts, district courts, and municipal courts submit annual collections reports. These reports are due by July 30. Beginning in 2009, these reports will be submitted through the Michigan Court Application Portal (MCAP). Court administrators who wish to designate another person as an authorized user for the Collections Data System (CDS) should do so through the User Maintenance application on MCAP. Drug and Drunk Driving Case Reimbursement
Circuit, district, and municipal courts submit (through MCAP) annual drug and drunk driving case reimbursement reports as required by MCL 257.323d and MCL 257.625h. These reports are due by March 31. For more information, contact Finance. See also Drunk Driving Caseflow Assistance Fund.
Report of Jury Fees
