Citizen Advisory Committee Reports

Citizen advisory committees submit three annual reports as required by MCL 552.504a(1)(d) and MCL 552.519(3)(d). These reports are due by January 15. For more information, contact the Friend of the Court Bureau. 
 

 

Friend of the Court Grievance Records

Friends of the court submit annual friend of the court grievance records as required by MCL 552.526 and MCL 552.519. These records are due January 15 and are submitted in an Excel file by e-mail and on paper. For more information, contact the Friend of the Court Bureau.

Circuit courts submit permanency indicators data as required by MCL 712A.22.  For more information, contact Trial Court Services.

Report of Child Deaths While Under Court Jurisdiction

This report is completed only when a child dies while under the jurisdiction of the court in a child protective proceeding. The report must be submitted within 24 hours of notification of death.
