Caseload statistics summarize the number of cases that come into the courts and the number that are adjudicated by the courts. Statewide totals are available within the annual report. Caseload statistics for a specific court are available within the statistical supplements. Statewide and county trends are available by subject matter within the trend reports. Caseload statistics can be provided upon request in other formats, such as Excel.
These reports document the recommendations of the Supreme Court concerning changes in the number of judgeships in circuit, probate, and district court jurisdictions. It is published every two years.
