On September 27, 2017, the Michigan Supreme Court adopted changes to MCR 2.625 and MCR 3.101, effective May 1, 2018. See ADM File 2016-40.​  The adopted changes will likely have an impact on several SCAO-approved garnishment forms​.

​2017 PA 154 creates the right for an individual to petition the probate court to prevent the implementation of a physician orders for scope of treatment (POST) form​​.  This petition process has been assigned the case code PO.  The Probate Court Caseload reporting instructions (SCAO 22) have been updated to reflect the change.
