The Michigan Supreme Court announced the latest “Solving Problems, Saving Lives” report and Problem-Solving Court Success Stories at a graduation of the 17th District Court Veterans Treatment Court in Redford Township. The report shows lower rates of recidivism and unemployment for graduates of drug, sobriety, and mental health courts in Michigan.​​

​When submitting a proposal, provide sufficient information, including your name and e-mail address or telephone number, the form name and number (if one), the reason for your proposal, and any other information that will help us present your proposal for publication and comment.

​MCL 552.524 requires the chief circuit judge to review the performance of the circuit court's friend of the court annually.  Notice to the public should be provided 60 days (July 14, 2017) and 30 days (August 14, 2017) before the review is done.  The Annual Statutory Reviews​ are due September 14, 2017.
