The orders issued by the Michigan Supreme Court that concern proposed rule amendments are grouped in categories according to the chapter of the rule that would be amended or adopted. For example, if you are interested in proposed revisions and final orders amending the probate rules, you can click on the heading in the left menu for "Chapter 5 Probate Court" and find the related probate rules that have been published for comment or that may have been recently adopted.

Your feedback is important and will be carefully considered by the Justices of the Michigan Supreme Court in deciding whether to adopt proposed rule changes.
