Roll of Attorneys and Attorney Certification/Certificate of Good Standing
The Supreme Court Clerk is the keeper of the Roll of Attorneys admitted to the practice of law in this state. Certification of admission to practice may be requested as follows:
- Expendable Certificate: Available on payment of $10 (payable to "State of Michigan") by providing the name of the attorney, the State Bar "P" number and furnishing a self-addressed stamped return envelope, a person requesting such certification can expect the certificate to be mailed out within a day.
