Results of the Judicial Tenure Commission Elections:
Judge David H. Sawyer, 3rd District Court of Appeals, was selected by the judges of the Court of Appeals as their representative to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission for the three-year term commencing January 1, 2013, and expiring December 31, 2015.
Chief Judge Nanci J. Grant, 6th Circuit Court, Oakland County, was selected by the judges of the circuit courts as their representative to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission for the three-year term commencing January 1, 2013, and expiring December 31, 2015.
Chief Judge Monte J. Burmeister, Crawford County Probate Court, was elected by the judges of the probate courts as their representative to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission for the remainder of a three-year term commencing January 1, 2013, and expiring December 31, 2014.
